As a customer experience lead for the go-to-market strategy for Workday Services, and executive sponsor for our federal customers, I am able to use my 20+ years of technology experience and mix it with the communications knowledge I'm gaining from my graduate program.
2019-2021
Director, Critical Accounts
You can call it escalation management, crisis management, or simply the Workday Avengers.
I helped define the role and strategy for a new global support critical account program. As a senior leader of the support team, I engaged with escalated customers to ensure we clearly understood the root cause and the customer's business impacts, and we had the right team engaged in solving the problem.
The role quickly and clearly communicates to both the internal and external leaders from engagement to resolution.
In the first two years, I led over 100 escalations to resolution for our Fortune 500 customers and maintained high customer satisfaction ratings.

Executive partner to a portfolio of strategic customers in the financials, insurance, and retail industries.
I had the privilege of serving as a trusted advisor and an advocate for several Fortune 500 customers. I worked closely with the senior leadership teams to ensure the maximum value of their products and services with Workday.

Project Sponsor and team leader for all deploying customers in the Mid-Atlantic region.
Plus, all the regular program stuff (like hiring, coaching, budgeting, and managing escalations).
